Shopping with KHOTA
Khota, Khota24 and خُطَى refer to this store at khota24.com. Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. If you cannot legally place an order yourself, a parent or legal guardian must place it for you.
Products, prices and your shopping country
Select Egypt or Türkiye before ordering. Egypt prices are in EGP and Türkiye prices are in TRY. Product details, available options and the final checkout total apply to your selected country. Colours can vary between screens. Adding a product to your bag does not reserve stock.
Review the quantity, size, colour, discount, delivery charge and total before submitting. We check availability when processing your order. If a material error or fulfilment issue arises, we will contact you rather than silently change the agreed product or total.
Orders and payment
Egypt orders use cash on delivery. Türkiye card payments are handled on Shopier’s payment service; KHOTA does not collect your full card number or banking password. Payment-service terms also apply when you use that service.
An order reference records your request; it is not by itself proof of payment or dispatch. Refer to the payment and order status in your confirmation and tracking page. Contact support if the provider charged you but your order still appears unpaid; do not submit another payment without checking.
Delivery and changes to an order
Current delivery charges appear at checkout. See the Shipping page for delivery arrangements. Dispatch, carrier and tracking details are supplied when available; an order confirmation does not mean the package has shipped. Contact support promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel. Available changes depend on the order’s progress and your legal rights.
Returns and your rights
Contact orders@khota24.com with your order reference to request a cancellation, return, exchange or report a damaged or incorrect item. See the Returns page for the store’s process. Any stated store policy or five-day request window does not shorten a longer withdrawal period or other mandatory remedy provided by applicable consumer law. Refunds depend on the payment method and must follow applicable legal requirements.
Accounts, reviews and safe use
Keep your login and private order-tracking links secure. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent orders or publish unlawful content. Product reviews require your own eligible paid and delivered purchase. Reviews must reflect your experience and must not include private information about you or others.
The shopping assistant offers general product guidance and may make mistakes. Check product pages and the checkout summary, or contact support for an order-specific answer. The Privacy page explains how information is handled.
Questions and complaints
Contact orders@khota24.com with a brief description and your order reference, where relevant. Never send card security codes, passwords or full payment-card numbers. You retain any rights to contact the appropriate consumer or data-protection authority.
These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
