Order information
When you place an order, the store saves your name, email, phone, delivery address, purchased items, payment method and order status. Authorized store staff use this information to process deliveries and provide support. Card numbers and bank passwords are not collected. Order notifications use the configured email delivery service.
My account
Saved addresses and wishlist products are stored with your account. Account emails are sent through the store’s configured email service.
Your name and email are saved for your account. Your password is stored as a protected hash.
Orders placed while signed in will appear here. Guest orders stay accessible through their private tracking links.
Customer sign-in uses a private session cookie lasting up to seven days. Signing out ends that session.
On your device
Country, appearance and shopping bags are saved in your browser. Private tracking keys and checkout retry identifiers use session storage. Form addresses are not saved to browser storage. Admin sign-in uses a restricted session cookie. You can clear saved site data in your browser.
Interactive scenes
Product photographs and KHOTA models are served from the store’s files. Activating the optional Spline example connects your browser to Spline’s servers to load its scene. This connection sends technical connection information, such as your IP address, to the scene provider. The scene does not load until you choose to activate it.
Private tracking and contact
Keep your order tracking link private: anyone with it can see the purchased items and order status. Customer addresses and contact details are not shown on the tracking page. Contact the store through its configured support channel about your information. No advertising trackers have been added.
